Extremely awful accents and really bad acting by the supporting cast. I can't believe they expect people to sit through 10 episodes of this. Just like The Burbs, they have tried to hijack existing IP from a beloved movie and re-make it for the 'modern audience', and they have failed.

Fucking horrible last episode. The entire season was great, filled with mystery and tension and the odd little bit of action, but then it had to end in the stupidest way possible. I mean, the cops were right there in their house after they found out Max Cady had broken free... and what? They search the house then leave? Why not put them in protective custody? Just dumb.
